2.1. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our terms of sale. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

2.2. Payment is required in full before dispatch of your order. We accept payment by bank transfer, debit or credit card.

2.3. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and will issue a full refund in such cases.

2.4 We only trade in GBP (£) GREAT BRITISH POUND STERLING. We do not accept any other currency. 

3.1. We only sell high-value products and take all necessary steps to ensure that we comply with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017.

3.2. We will request personal information from you, including up-to-date photo identification and proof of address dated within the last 3 months, before dispatching your order. Failure to provide this information may result in the cancellation of your order and a 3% administration fee of your order value.

3.3. We may also use third-party reference agencies to verify your identity.

4.1. We use a secure and insured delivery service provided by our partner, Secursus.

4.2. Orders placed online for in-stock items before 12 pm will be dispatched for next day delivery after funds are confirmed and fully cleared. Please note that this process can take up to 48 hours.

4.3. We only dispatch goods to an address that is registered and verified with your bank and passes our strict security and fraud checks.

4.4. Delivery charges may apply and will be calculated at the time of checkout.

5.1. All deliveries are insured by Secursus against loss, theft, and damage.

6.1. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or transport disruptions.

6.2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

7.1. We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws.

10.1. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in writing by email or post within 14 days of receiving the watch. We will be happy to exchange the watch or provide a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

The watch must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

The watch must not have been used or damaged beyond what’s necessary to examine it. A deduction in the refund total will apply.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the watch.

11.2. If the watch is faulty or not as described, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to the following conditions:

The customer must notify us of the fault or discrepancy in writing by email or post within a reasonable time frame.

The customer must return the watch in its original packaging and condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the watch.

Returns only applicable to online purchases through the AZ Watches London website. 

Indemnification

12.1. You agree to indemnify and hold The Chrono Group and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13.1. We shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our Service.
